Responsibilities:
To manage all matters of his/her payroll team especially in daily deliverables to provide excellent services to clients by:
- Ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of payroll services
- Advice clients on payroll related issues
- Analyze customer specific demands and translate into solutions
- Develop and manage team performance
- Enhance payroll systems and provide e-solutions
- Ensure client data is maintained in the highest level of integrity;
- Assist in business development and to identify opportunities for cross-selling of company services
- Coordinate with other payroll teams in regional level, review local countries' deliverables and liaise with all stakeholders to resolve issues
- Monitor and control the completion of timecards, billing, debt recovery and credit control actions in the department
- Establish & implement internal control procedures
- Minimum bachelor degree from Accounting/Tax/any related major
- Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in payroll, retirement funds, salaries tax and well versed with people management and supervisory management experiences
- Proficient using payroll e-system & payroll software
- Have experience in professional services firm with strong client serving skill is preferable
- Experience in multiple payroll / Asia Pacific region payroll will be an advantage
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa (Spoken & Written)
