Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces. Collaborate with management to devise
efficient defense strategies;
Research and valuate different legal and compliance risk factors regarding business decisions and
operations;
Ensure validity of company licenses and permits to the Government or other governmental institutions;
Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues;
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authorities etc.),
creating a relation of trust with relevant stakeholders.
Draft, review and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the companys full
legal rights, preparing legal documents, assisting with due diligence and regulatory applications;
Drafting of new contracts across all business entities, tailoring templates to specific contract needs and
ensuring all legal points have been considered. Work with our legal partners to ensure legal templates
are kept up to date;
Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislations. Research and keep up to date with the latest
legal changes affecting the Group;
Assist in investigation of legal/compliance matters for the new businesses, explaining the business
structure to the local attorneys and obtaining the memorandum, and preparing the appropriate contract
drafts based on the investigation;
Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance. Assist in all aspects of general
compliance matters including without limitation, investigating local laws, preparing policies, supporting
roll-out of group-wide policies, and training for business teams regarding, governance, data privacy, anticorruption, confidentiality, export control and other various areas of corporate compliance;
Assist or responsible in corporate filings - including without limitation, preparing various types of
resolutions and other corporate-related documents, as needed for compliance with the applicable laws
and regulations;
Assist or responsible in litigation or dispute resolution;
Assist or responsible in setting up of new entities, branch / representative offices;
