It starts from project planning by making decisions based on data mined and analysis, as well as non qualitative feedback to ensure decisions are made with the best approach, project timeline by creating timeline accordingly to ensure project can run well and completed in accordance with the time determined by management, project budgeting by making sure all the projects budget approved as needed, project delivery by executing its project from development phase until go live, and also project monitoring by doing 3 months post implementation review.
