- End to end ownership of identifying complexity, dependencies(internal/external), estimation and delivery of a story
- Responsible for capacity planning to help in better work load distribution and prioritisation
- Raise alerts as soon as possible for any risk being identified during grooming, planning or execution of the sprint
- Helping the team to coordinate with other stakeholders
- Will be directly involved in testing, review, documentation, updating guidelines and ensure peer reviews are done
- Make sure the team is aware of sprint planning/grooming and other similar processes being followed
- Analyse, troubleshoot issues in production systems and drive them to closure
- Well versed in Testing concepts
- Good Hands-on experience in Mobile Apps (Android + iOS) or Web or API testing
- Good mindset and approach for writing a good variety and in-depth test cases
- Hands-on experience of Test Management tools like JIRA, TestRail
- Exposure with Tools like Web Console Logs or Android Studio or Postman/Charles/Swagger
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Proactive, self motivated, ownership attitude with good written & verbal communication skills
- Good in reviewing work and test artefacts
- Good in troubleshooting problems and issues to unblock team members
