- Generate new business opportunities, through one's own initiative & with the support of sales team to develop the core propositions & generate new business leads.
- Responsible for tender preparation for project as per customer requirement specification, designs, plan drawings, estimates & quotes.
- Planning & costing evaluation of all Qdc products
- Develop & monitor complex telecommunication-costing matrix.
- Define sizeable / large telecommunication projects into accurate detailed work breakdown structure including network rollout of high technology system.
- Implement risk analysis for any bid / project, used for internal review & decision making process for management level to proceed with price submission to customers. Risk analysis including exchange rate, damages, staff change over, resource availability, roll out rate, hedge rate, etc.
- Evaluating contract terms & affect on financial model (e.g terms and conditions).
- Develop & maintain a high level of understanding of Qdc value propositions and to be able to present these in context to the client need.
- With support of sales & bidding team, produce customer-specific proposals, & attend customer meetings & presentation, at all times aiming to persuade prospects / clients of the benefit of Qdc's services.
- Produce monthly status reports to each client & establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a bespoke service
- Actively seeking to increase the income generated in conjunction with the cross-sell & up-sell reward scheme to targets.
- Establish & maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face-to-face meetings, telephone & e-mail communication.
- Develop & maintain knowledge & experience of relevant technologies
- Follow up, support & action any potential new business clients.
