Job Description
The role
We are looking for an experienced HSE Executive to join our function based in Jakarta Indonesia
As the HSE Executive, you will:
- Ensure K3 programs well implemented. Ensure the running of the SMK3 program and make documentation.
- Create HSE reports and analyse work accident statistics. Reviewing risk assessment, HIRADC, SOP/SWP and JSA.
- Promoting HSE and safety communication (safety meetings, HSE signs) to employees. Conduct inspections on work equipment, labour, workforce health and the work environment. Reviewing and conduct occupational safety and safety training.
- Able to do work accident prevention and investigate the cause. Ensure that the workforce has worked according to the SOP.
- Reviewing and directing employees to work according to their obligations and in
- accordance with the company's operating system. Responsible for providing LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out).
- Understanding and practicing Law No. 1 Tahun 1970 and related Regulations on Occupational Health and safety. Able to carry out HSE inspections, carry out HSE inspection programs, and report on HSE inspections.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum Diploma degree major in safety, health, environment with 2+ years of relevant working experiences.
- Extensive knowledge of HSE legislation, industry standards and management system standards (e.g., ISO45001 / OHSAS18001 & ISO14001).
- Good communication skills, teamwork, willing to learn, develop and grow.
- Results-orientated with a strong customer orientation.
- Knowledgeable in basic English communication (Reading, Writing) skills preferred
