- You will be responsible to manage a remote team effectively
- Work together with Lead Software Engineer and Product Team to translate product vision into a deliverable roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Back End, Front End (Web, iOS, Android), Test Engineers, Product, and other business stakeholders.
- Grow and lead a talented devops team, developing the careers and technical capabilities of all team members and create a strategy to track the performance of the team and products
- Be responsible for the readiness and stability of our systems
- Work as an integrated part of the software engineering organization, understanding the application architecture
- Create and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure
- 2+ years’ experience in senior or lead role, preferably in e-commerce, financial service, or other similar industry
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in managing a remote team
- Hands on experience in cloud service, preferably in Alicloud
- Expertise experience in automation of deployment using technologies of Docker and Jenkins
- Experience constructing custom microservices applications using Kubernetes
- Experience in utilizing Infrastructure as a Code
