This group exclusively hiring with MatchaTalent, and opening for more than 100+ talents each year,
collaborating with 50+ Management Trainees that
responsible for various roles such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, IT, Admin, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics.
Responsibilities:
-Fulfilling the ordered task as required

-Joining workshop and training session

-Willing to give feedbacks or suggestion to develop the company

-Fulfilling the administration tasks.

-Contributing as a team player in each department
Requirements

-Bachelor degree

-Open for freshgraduate with no more than 3 years of working experience

-Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin

-Having mandarin certification (HSK level 4 or above) would be a plus

-Willing to participate and fulfill the Management Trainee program, including classes, activities, workshops, and field trainings

-Willing to be evaluated regularly

-Outspoken and vocal, able to give suggestions for improvement

-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

-Having good proficiency in MS Office
