Requirements
- Bachelor (S1)
- Have good Leadership Skill
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel/ Google spreadsheet
- Good communication, Energetic and interpersonal skill
- Willing to work in shifts
- Deliver good leadership process, to lead all operational staff
- Able to find root cause, analyze problem and find good corrective action
- Booking shipments and constant follow up to secure business
- Monitor flights regularly with a focus on flights allocation set beforehand
- Co-ordination with Ops Warehouse and Airport for space confirmation
- Re-booking shipments to maximize loads on a flight and follow up for clearances on the existing bookings with respective cargo agents and follow up for the un-cleared shipments (irregular cargo)
- Create or compiling outgoing shipment, share to related agent and team station
- Entry data all shipment outgoing to AF dashboard
