- Lead the development of Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan Strategy and drive the implementation of the business continuity, business recovery, and crisis management framework.
- Lead the facilitation of continuous training on the business continuity and socialization for regular testing of BCP and DRP.
- Lead the development of risk assessments in a fast-paced environment along with providing timely and practical recommendations to mitigate the identified risks.
- Responsible for assisting in the development, review, implementation, and monitoring of policies, standards, and guidelines associated with business continuity, business recovery, and crisis management.
- Having extensive level of understanding of the critical assets, systems, network infrastructure, processes, personnel, etc. in order to assess the vulnerabilities and threats and accordingly.
- Establish and maintain minimum risk and critically standards commensurate with the risk class of the assets, systems, network infrastructure, processes, etc., for the purpose of business continuity and risk management.
- Build the culture awareness program on Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans across the organization by working with BCM functions as well as other members within Risk Management.
- Provide knowledge and advice on associated risk issues to management and relevant committees.
- Responsible for assisting to provide any necessary report to the RMC and the Audit Committee on material matters, findings, and recommendations pertaining to business continuity, business recovery, and crisis management.
- Help our clients to solve their most critical business and technological challenges by providing oversight and directing project teams in research efforts and analytics to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
- Take responsibility for managing the project teams and will be accountable for all work products developed by the project teams.
- Manage teams and provide directions to the project teams in undertaking current business assessments, analyzing best practice of the industry, develop recommendations.
- Work closely with mid-to senior-level stakeholders to provide status updates and progress reports on project deliverables.
- Set up project plan including budget and resource allocation, manage and track project economics in accordance with the approved pricing parameters.
- Take responsibility for management of project teams and will mentor team members to help them in their career progression.
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and publications in response to market demands.
- Lead teams to deliver impact to clients through the project by using a business-oriented mindset and use data-driven solutions to drive transformation agenda and achieve results.
- Develop high-performing teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities and recognize them for the impact that they make.
- Lead the delivery of FGDs/ workshops with the client, as well as provide subject matter expertise in addressing issues that may be raised during key presentations.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business continuity management /planning
- Preferably has at least one of the following certifications: BCMCP, ISO 22301 Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), Certified Business Resilience Manager (CBRM), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
- Extensive experience in risk management, consulting, or auditing work experience in public accounting firm, a professional service firm, or within industry
- Experience in working in a fast-paced and challenging business environment
- Possess strong project management skills with the ability to manage across functions, levels, cultures, and geographies.
- Good communication (oral, written) and presentation skills and a proven track record in interacting with all levels of management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - independent and objective.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Highly driven, autonomous, and resilient, who enjoys working in a dynamic and multi-cultural team and business environment.
