Description of Duties:
- Preparing the training module and plan
- Conducting the training session and follow up the result regularly
- Evaluate training result, coaching and developing Beauty Advisor in each store
- Evaluate the success of training in order to develop a further training needs
- Being in the field in a regular basis to execute on the designed training to sales team and raise information to develop the further training needs
- Deliver training, evaluation and development report
- Performing the beauty class
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Learning & Development Sciences, Educations or related fields
- At least 5 years experience in Product Training, Field Coach
- Preferable in Make Up training skills with good understanding in skincare
- Excellent knowledge in skincare, beauty and make up application
- Creative, proactive and high motivation in work
- Has a passion in beauty
- Has a good communication, excellent presentation and coaching skills
- Able to operate Ms. Office
- Has a positive work attitude, communicative, sociable, and fast learner
- Willing to travel in and outside Jakarta
- Willing to work on public holiday/weekend (if necessary)
