GENERAL AFFAIRS ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise general services activities, asset management, building maintenance and office services matters in order to support office and site s operational,
- Maintain Company cars and fleet, operational cars, transportation request for employee and visitor, vehicle services, issuance of parking permits for all employees, review driver overtime, etc.,
- Control and supervise the drivers, office boy/girl, receptionist, messenger from Outsourcing Company in order to ensure the excellent quality of work,
- Handle the hotel arrangement, ticketing and accommodation for employees,
- Monitor the sanitation of office areas including pantry, camp, canteen, waste disposal areas, meeting rooms and its preparation of administrative affairs, etc.,
- Maintain Company assets, administrative documentation & records,
- Organize and responsible of Company events and activities.
- Minimum 6 years experience in General Affairs especially Mining industry with 3 years proven experiences as Assistant Manager/Supervisor level,
- Good knowledge on Purchasing area including purchase order for supplies, services, negotiating with suppliers, etc is a must,
- Familiar with Office management and administration tasks,
- Ability to have a high sense of urgency, positive attitude, attention to details and able to interact effectively with all levels,
- Willing to travel to site.
Responsibilities: * Ensure accuracy final payment and payment approval for all invoices,
- Liaise with Head Office for various reporting, annual budget, plan coordination and reforecast initiatives,
- Assist in compiling information for reports,
- Ensure all data transactions is properly done into accounting systems,
- Prepare, ensure and reconcile the accurate of end close general ledger, Bank statements and income statements,
- Liaise with local Banks for controlling account Banks,
- Budget preparation, prepare balance sheets, Company cash flow and financial administration including bank loan, insurance policy, etc.
- At least 4 years of working experience in financial operations especially in Mining,
- Required skills including general Finance, financial accounting, etc.,
- Strong skills and experience in handling cash management and banks,
- Knowledge of basic accounting is preferred,
- Willing to be assigned in Central Kalimantan.
Responsibilities: * Analyzing & preparing income tax return, tax compliance, payroll tax, tax effect accounts, tax fixed asset and maintain all tax records data & documentation,
- Analyzing & preparing of tax monthly report, including SPT PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, Pph 25 and tax yearly report, including SPT PPh 29 and PPh 21 and other related reports,
- Updating with relevant law taxation and ensure all the changes of tax implementation is relevant with government tax legislation,
- Provide advice of tax applications and implications on every transaction to various business units,
- Provide support and guidance for daily tax advice for all departments on day to day basis.
- 6 years experience in Taxation with some exposure in Accounting within Engineering/Mining/construction industry as Coordinator/Supervisor or equivalent,
- Tax Brevet B/C certificate is advantageous,
- Knowledgeable of operating Accounting software, e-SPT is a plus,
- Ability to work in under supervision and a high level of attention to detail with a conscientious work ethic,
- This role will involve occasional travel to site.
Responsibilities: * Undertaking tasks in accounting areas including pre-payment journals, annual budgeting cash forecasting around project schedules, costs measurement, analysis and cost control against forecasts and budgets,
- Assist in preparation of audit files and reporting for auditors in timely manners,
- Occasional travel to site to provide assistance and ensure the operations running smoothly,
- Prepare and analysis accounts, bank records, reconcile and other General Ledger accounts on monthly basis,
- Able to work closely with Finance Dept and other Departments in order to achieve successful job completion.
- 4 years experience within Engineering/Mining/construction as Coordinator/Supervisor or equivalent,
- Brevet A/B/C certificate is advantageous,
- Knowledgeable of operating Accounting Software is a must,
- Ability to work in under supervision and lead a team,
- This role will involve occasional travel to site.
Responsibilities: * Rehabilitating regarded land, water, air polluted and identifying, analyzing, assessing pollutants and its effects to the environment,
- Taking part in investigating site accident and emergency responses which impact to the environment,
- Effectively working with HSE Department to ensure safely management of a hazard free/hazardous material and preparing accurate records and reports,
- Assist Environmental Supervisor in monitoring environmental related issues/matters and social impacts of mining activities.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years experience with Environmental compliance and services in mining,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required,
- Able to prepare accurate records and reports, work outdoors in a range of environments,
- Able to work independently or as part of a team,
- Willing to be assigned in Central Kalimantan.
