- Support selected NRM initiatives (end to end) in the market and work close with local teams to build capability on the job. This encompasses coaching teams on applying the Unilever way of NRM from diagnosis to decision making, internal alignment and execution / governance, following techniques as defined by Global CoE.
- Partnering with local NRM lead to assess NRM capability across key Categories, Channels, Functions and support him i) to develop the capability roadmap and ii) facilitate in-market training courses.
- Support line manager to organize best practice sharing councils / webinars.
- Provide input to CoE teams on training courses content development by providing market best practices, content across levers etc.
- Identify best practices and pro-actively share across markets with relevant business opportunities.
- Accountable on selecting impactful Pack Innovation ideas for 1Big Category and scale up across Beauty & Wellbeing Indonesia market
