We're looking for a Senior Offline Marketing Associate to expand our branding presence through Fazz Agen store branding and end user campaigns. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to design and implement impactful marketing strategies that helps our agents to grow their business to their customers. Senior Marketing Associate should be comfortable finding creative ways of building Fazz Agen presence as well as using analytics in the formulation of marketing strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and evaluate marketing initiatives implementation.
- Conduct market and customer research, analyze research result and propose insightful report to improve marketing plan.
- Develop and coordinate A/B testing plan and proposing improvement initiatives.
- Examine the performance of all marketing efforts, across multiple parameters in order create an optimal marketing mix.
- Identify and track metrics to measure marketing project performance.
- You have at least 2-3 years experience in marketing communication, brand and/or general marketing.
- You have strong project management skills and experiences.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You are outspoken and have the ability to communicate/escalate concerns and facilitate the right stakeholders in a discussion before they become issues.
- You are comfortable working in a tech environment with the ability to coordinate across several functions (Human Resources, Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Design, Business Development).
