Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that all documentation processes are in compliance with CCU SOP, Central Procedural Policy and any other relevant procedures/regulations
- Maintenance of credit renewal information in system (i.e. next review date and BI rating)
- Counter check the completeness of credit memo pack, correct DOA, prior to approval and proper distribution approved document to related party on post approval
- Responsibility to create a credit file (collect all document credit as credit memo, appraisal report, insurance report, copy of legal documents) perform its duties
- Proper original collateral document safekeeping, maintenance and release (temporary/permanent) within agreed SLA
- Perform STP to CLS in Glow system and ensure the accuracy information in e-memo
- Providing periodically monthly report
- Deliver requested documents to auditor correctly and on good time manner
- Process to kept or take out original document of collateral into strong room
- Providing Pending Activation report on monthly basis
- Providing data for Obox submission on weekly basis
- Review and doing safekeeping of credit documentation files on regular basis
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Proficiency with scanning and administrative technology.
