- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or other similar degree with experience in tourism or travel
- Minimum 2 years experience in travel agent or project arrangement
- Attention to detail and having the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Used to negotiate with many parties
- Booking tickets, transportation, and hotels (Medina and Mecca)
- Prepare and send manifest data
- Control the implementation of Umrah and Hajj (manages, handling, and post-departure)
- Planning and execution of purchasing and delivery of logistics needs
- Selection and evaluation of providers (tickets, visas, LA)
- Supplier selection and evaluation
