Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in Associate, Account Management for our Incorporation & Corporate Secretarial Services With a full time and permanent basis, you will be one of our point of contact to our clients that is having Incorporation & Corporate Secretarial Services with us.

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to be the point of contact of our clients, managing their accounts and advising their needs related to the services.

Scope:
  • Managing the accounts handled under your responsibility, have a good understanding and updated with status for other accounts handled by other colleagues;
  • To oversee and manage all internal and client communication in all related services to ensure high level of satisfaction;
  • Understand and analyze client's business needs and requirements and provide advise to clients on their needs related to the Incorporation and Corporate Secretarial services;
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with client;
  • Prepare service proposals and legal contracts and follow up with potential clients to conclude agreements for the provision of services;
Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, manage and control the ongoing Incorporation and Corporate Secretarial services;
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with client;
  • Organizing meetings with potential clients and existing clients;
  • Ensure that the clients are in compliance with the required reporting based on local regulations and ensuring that it is submitted accurately in a timely manner, and in compliance with the policy and regulation of Indonesian government;
  • Establish and maintain good collaboration with government institutions and other associations to ensure the correct issuance and renewal of licenses and related permits;
  • Research on Indonesia regulations and prepare to discuss the application of such research to the Client's situation;
  • Prepare the reports that needs to be submitted to clients and make sure it is accurate and proper presented.

  • Excellent communication ability and ability to coordinate across departments.
Relevant experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the same field
Education/Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Law or Economics is preferred
