- Develop, implement and manage our brand and communication strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification. This include online and offline initiatives
- Plan, create, publish, optimise and share new content (including original text, images, video) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections and is consistent with the company’s brand identity, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate brand and social data/metrics, insights, and best practices to measure the success of every campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
- Collaborating with Creative teams to create content, infographics, marketing videos and promotional contents.
- Identifying the effectiveness of marketing material by tracking metrics including impression, engagement and conversion rates, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Networking with KOL and industry professionals to grow brand awareness and promote the company's products
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, public speaking and communication skills
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and strong past campaigns portfolio
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Creative thinker and have an eye for design
- 5 or more years of brand communication and activation, including social media experience
- Having experience in e-Commerce is preferred, Home & Living business environment is a plus
- Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations or equivalent
- Fluency in English is a must
