- Supervising processes of IPO and Capital Market issuances as regulated in Indonesia Capital Market including but not limited to preparing and finalizing documentation for OJK, IDX and KSEI; as well as E-IPO System.
- Supervising the thorough due diligence toward the issuers for IPO, rights issue, bonds and other issuances as regulated in Indonesia Capital Market.
- Discover and close potential investors
- Leading a team of professionals for the successful business
- Facilitate mergers and acquisitions and assist with corporate restructuring.
- Analyze risk and offer financial advice.
- Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance/Accounting or other related fields
- Holds Wakil Penjamin Emisi Efek (WPEE) / Underwriter License is a MUST
- Have a proven experience as finance advisory, coordinator and also lead a project.
- Min. of 10 years at Investment Banking, especially in Capital Market
- Good English both oral and written is a MUST.
