- Lead the strategy and development of all creative campaigns to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Determine creative content to enhance the company's brand awareness.
- Manage production schedules, vendor relationships, and control quality or costs.
- Communicate with the team to understand creative needs.
- Lead a team of 10 creatives (Big Team).
- The position of Creative Director is also open to those who have experience as an Art Director, Content & Creative Manager, and Head of Creative.
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing & Business Management, Public Relations, Communication, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field.
- Excellent copywriting and visual skills.
- Experience working in agencies and on platforms.
