You will explore and conceptualize design options and solutions in conjunction with Senior Designers, and fellow Designers by evaluating design options, developing and pushing to find ideas based on design strategy and the creative brief.
You are good at developing straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across brand development, corporate identity, packaging, digital, and user experience design projects.
What will you do?
- Uses insights to help create holistic design solutions for a multitude of applications.
- Proven experience in creating compelling, effective creative marketing and brand campaigns.
- Experience in Video Creation, GIFs, Video, and Interactive Media
- Understands brand tonality & style guide, works to evolve it while staying true to the essence.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions & teams and deliver results within the agreed timelines.
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.
What do you have?
- 4-5 years of relevant industry experience in a brand design or digital studio
- Up-to-date knowledge in Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.
- Knack in creative & innovative design
- Pro in Visual Ideation/ Concept Design
- Skills in typography and illustrations are desired
- Good communication skills
- Facilitating brainstorming for ideas
- Strong knowledge of rendering and printing techniques
- You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and are hands-on, independent, self-motivated, and fast learner
- You deliver on your commitments without fail. You demonstrate high integrity and dependability through your conduct.
- You have an analytical and data-driven approach to day-to-day work and can develop clear & concise documentation. You have good presentation skills for data mining and creating dashboards
