In order for you to succeed in this position, we are looking for someone who has 5 - 6 years of experience as Recruitment Manager, ideally with prior background in retail/FMCG with exposure to mass sales hiring. Becoming the face of the company, you are expected to have stellar interpersonal skills who is able to engage with both internal stakeholders and candidates within the market, and should have strong databases of candidates in order to recruit in a timely manner.
As you will liaise with expat stakeholders, you should speak fluent English. Mandarin speaking ability is a huge plus!
