Job Description

  • Handling HR planning/leadership development, career planning and development, talent acquisition, performance management, developmental 360 feedback and coaching
  • Evaluate current leadership and talent management offerings and programs, and develop a formal plan for immediate and long-term realization of the function
  • Drive effective implementation of the overall strategy for talent management processes
  • Actively implement strategic HR initiatives such as succession planning and staff retention programs for the Company and within the department as and when appropriate;
  • Provide HR business partnership to business leaders
  • Analyzes and provide recommendation on all HR aspects across departments.
  • Recruitment and selection of talent

  • At least 10-12 years of prior experience, with the last 5 years as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
  • Strong background in talent management and talent acquisition
  • Background working in either the FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, or Logistics industries.
  • Must be familiar with business partnering for a specific business unit or department of an organization
  • Excellent communication and English-speaking skills, and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
