- Handling HR planning/leadership development, career planning and development, talent acquisition, performance management, developmental 360 feedback and coaching
- Evaluate current leadership and talent management offerings and programs, and develop a formal plan for immediate and long-term realization of the function
- Drive effective implementation of the overall strategy for talent management processes
- Actively implement strategic HR initiatives such as succession planning and staff retention programs for the Company and within the department as and when appropriate;
- Provide HR business partnership to business leaders
- Analyzes and provide recommendation on all HR aspects across departments.
- Recruitment and selection of talent
- At least 10-12 years of prior experience, with the last 5 years as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
- Strong background in talent management and talent acquisition
- Background working in either the FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, or Logistics industries.
- Must be familiar with business partnering for a specific business unit or department of an organization
- Excellent communication and English-speaking skills, and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
