We are looking for HR Operations Manager to support our end to end HR Operations and employee experience journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operational services across the Employee life cycle and ensure the service delivered meet agreed service level standards
- Manage and maintain employee databases on HRIS and manually.
- Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures
- Managing and creating all documents related to HR such as employee contract agreement, promotion, demotion, job rotation etc.
- Manage employee information, analytics & continuous improvement
- Develop and deliver employee communication related to the Compensation and Benefits programs, e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules
- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to create and manage organization development plans.
- Proven relevant work experience in HR/People Operations/Services for 4-5 years
- Excellent knowledge of SOP setting as well as Indonesia Labor Law
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems and relevant administrations around it
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities with solution driven mindset
- Team management and ability to collaborate effectively with all level of leaders
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholders management
- Exposure in startup/banking will be a huge plus
