Resources: Commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review the draft agreements also negotiate the key points with the counterparts;
- Provide day-to-day legal support for cross-functional departments, including legal opinion or support associated with business process improvement, product developments and operational matters
- Handling legal dispute
- Prepare and submit report to authorize institution
- Give continued support on the creation, standardization, and implementation of legal compliance, policies, terms & conditions, internal working procedures, and standard operational guidelines
- Bachelor degree or above, legal related majors
- Min. 2 years related working experiences.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) language
