Job Description

This position will be responsible for the overall compliance and governance of the organisation. From creating the framework and guidelines, to ensuring that each transaction managed by the organisation complies with the prevailing rules, regulations and GCG principles. This position will liaise frequently with BPK and as such, expected to have a sound understanding and network with said organisation.

Permanent Position|Prominent entity in the field of investment

The successful candidate will have 8-12 years of professional experience in the compliance and governance sector. Proven experience and network with BPK is a must. The successful candidate will be expected to have experience in the planning, overseeing and execution of compliance and governance program. CAMS certification is an advantage
