Position Objective/Expectation
- Responsible of managing product readiness, training and
development, technical support, equipment management and customer engagement in after
sales business
Job Responsibilities
- Develop Product Readiness includes but not limited to readiness of OMM, P/C, Inspection
Check sheet, F/R Labor and Product Certificate.
- Develop Standard Equipment Maintenance Management to promote service as a business.
- Manage Service Department and Service Network organization readiness includes but not
limited to Training & Assessment Program, Service activity promotion and evaluation, Digital
Tutorial and Education Material, Service Tools and Facility, and Service Award Program.
- Manage Product and Customer Issue, convey comprehensive solution and
Handling Product Warranty Claim validation process.
- Manage Customer Survey Program, Recover Detractors issue and Supervise Call Center.
- Manage Service System & Procedures and support Company ISO implementation.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Bachelor's degree in Agricultural, Mechanical / Electrical / industrial Engineering
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor of Service Department from Heavy Equipment
・Min. 5 years in developing product maintenance strategy & maintenance planning, doing after sales service operations, handling customer engagement, technical training, development program and business process development
・Proficient in MS Office application and reporting tool
・Responsible, hard working, smart, flexible, good communications skill, good interpersonal skills
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Deep understanding of IoT
・Six Sigma Certified
・ISO Certified
・Able to speak Japanese
