- Ensures all F&B Captains and F&B attendants establish good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.
- Ensure All operational running with good experience to guest.
- Monitors costumer satisfaction and respond to costumer feedback and complaints ensuring and procedures for complaint handling are followed.
- Min 1 year experience as FB Supervisor / FB Captain
- Good managerial, interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Have computer literacy
- Able to communicate effectively in Indonesia and English
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
