- Manage projects pertaining to the design of organization, i.e. new structure, processes, integration of organizational topics, and managing change management projects
- Identify key areas of challenges within business and develop actionable organization performance and transformation initiatives
- Design, maintain, and revamp methodologies and tools relating to organization design and change management
- Provide consultancies on organization design's best practices to warrant seamless between-functions process
- Support performance management initiatives through implementing behavioral competency framework
- Drive people development programs to ensure a high-functioning talents to increase productivity
- Create talent management initiatives as part of talent retention programs i.e. Succession planning, career progression
- At least 8 years of experience with track-record of successive assignments in organizational design and change management
- Strong stakeholder management skill with the ability to provide advice and consultancies
- Stellar project management skills
- Strategic thinker with forward-thinking mindset and strong business acumen
