About the Company:
Our client is one of the biggest education institution company in Indonesia.
They specialize in providing language education for everyone all ages across Indonesia.
They are currently looking for Finance Manager who will lead the one of their BUs in Indonesia which will report directly to the Regional and Country Director.
This person will be responsible for all of the high level Finance Accounting Tax for the BUs they handle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and improving team performance in term of quality and accuracy for finance process for both Account Receivable and Payables teams, cash flow managements, banking and third party’s financial institution relationships.
- Leading and improving month end closing process and reporting to meet corporate and group requirement and ensure the quality of the reporting to be valid and robust enough for business units to take decision with.
- Improving level of compliance, financial process, and improving level of fraud awareness by delivering a consistent risk assessment in every business transaction flow.
- Leading in solving all tax compliance matter including tax audit and disputes and ensure to set a high standard in term of legal compliance according to local tax regulations.
- Leading on transfer pricing documents discussion for all the business units and tax consultant including providing data, companies segmented financial reports, group business activities and to explore what would be the best approach for transfer pricing methodology to choose considering from local tax perspective against group expectation.
- Actively involved in company legal and secretarial matter, company restructuring, including solving some outstanding legal agreements and business licensee issues, provide advice for a legal case that relates to finance and compliance matter that link to government body report and relationship.
- Leading on internal and external audit process including coordinating team member to provide data, aligning operation schedule with internal audit process, be the centre point for any information flows between operation and audit teams and be one of the senior members that who responsible on action point taken from audit recommendations.
- Managing the treasury operations of the company, developing and executing the company’s treasury strategy, and managing the cash flow.
- Fluent in English
- 8+ years’ experience in Finance Accounting with Leadership position.
- Understand Indonesian and International taxation including Transfer Pricing
- Having professional certification is favourable
- Experience in Multinational Company will be highly advantageous
- Experience from Big 4 public accounting firm is a plus
- Bachelor Degree from top tier university, Master Degree in relevant field.
- Fully understand of Finance/Accounting cycle
