Sales Manager - Bali, Indonesia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for sales professionals to advance their careers with a reputable leader within a niche part of Cambodia's budding tech sector.

Our client, a specialist in a niche market of digital services, is looking for a motivated and high-energy individual to execute and deliver it's sales objectives and initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the set target of revenue, market share and profitability, whilst understanding their customer's needs and motivations.

Our client's ideal candidate is a local with strong market knowledge. Experience in digital and/or streaming services is preferred, but not necessary. Fluent English and a strong sales background is a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
  • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
  • Develop and lead a strong Key Account Sales Team.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Work closely with CEO and Management team to set up a sales plan and drive execution of the plan.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English. Local preferred.
  • Solid experience in Business Development and Sales in the enterprise market, in particular, in the hospitality market.
  • Develop and lead a strong Key Account Sales Team.
  • International IT and Telecom vendor experience is a plus.
  • Hotel IT or Hotel management experience is a plus.
