A strategic Head of Sales Operation job has become available at one of the biggest international education organisations.
About the Head of Sales Operation Role:
Reporting to the Country Director in Jakarta, you will lead the developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure the Country Director is informed on the progress of those goals
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets
Key Requirements:
- At least three to five years of experience at the same level coming from a big FMCG/hospitality/insurance/logistic company with a proven track record
- Demonstrated experience as a head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish; Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
