What you do
- Aligning on product & solution design with Product Development team
- Creating a product implementation plan with IT and business team
- Overseeing and coordinating all stages of product implementation process
- Continuously identifying areas of improvement to further shorten time to market
- Creating and managing backlog, prioritizing activities based on changing requirement
- Coordinating with development team on technical set up, delivery plan, quality delivery
- Driving the implementation process and supporting the development team to meet objectives of each sprint
- Liaising with different stakeholders to share status of implementation and coordinate next activities
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree or Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the insurance business or similar industries
- Experience working with senior decision maker
- Strong experience in Product design & related requirements management in collaboration with Business Analyst
- Strong experience in deriving technical solution design in collaboration with Solution Architects
- Experience in planning & coordinating the technical implementation of products (backend/frontend)
- Experience in Agile practices (backlog management, prioritization, etc)
- Lead, develop, motivate, coach team members
