1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent from reputable university.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in Rubber Industry is preferred
3. Good understanding in automotive production process, especially in automotive rubber components
4. Familiar in ISO series, Kaizen System, 5S, and Safety
5. Able to communicate in English (writing, reading, speaking).
6. Willing to be placed in Tangerang
Main Duties:
1. Plan, coordinate and control manpower and production process to ensure the output is produced at the right cost in the right quantities at the right time.
2. Monitor productivity rates, product standards and implement quality control program.
3. Analyze budgets and continuously control production costs and identify waste measures.
4. Control and develop system & procedures to be more effective, efficient, and simple
