Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a talented and skilled HR Manager to provide valued support and help to lift our HR offering in Indonesia. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of HR activities and participate in wider project work and work in a team that is supportive, collaborative, and fun.

Armed with a Business/HR degree with strong people and communication skills, you're able to engage and build relationships at every level. With a HR advisory/generalist/project management background and experience from a consultancy or professional services industry, your dynamic, innovative and stakeholder focused approach ensures delivery both individually and on corporate strategic initiatives, programmes, and projects.

A key part of your role will be to support our employee life cycle from onboarding, mobility, wellbeing, through to staff exit requirements, including exit discussions. You will provide sound advice to Line managers on employee relations matters including performance management, remuneration reviews, legislative compliance and a range of policies, and procedures. You will also provide support to the East Asia talent acquisition team on the hiring and selection process for critical roles in the Indonesia office.

To create insights and guide decision making, you're skilled in ensuring complete and quality data is collected for HR metrics benchmarking including salary data, EDI management, exit data and turnover statistics. In addition, you'll work closely with PeopleX, our overarching administration team in Australia to provide HR administrative support to the business.

You'll demonstrate a team first approach where you work collaboratively yet autonomously as a self-starter. With a good eye for detail, strong resilient nature, and an ability to manage multiple priorities, you enjoy new challenges in an ever-changing environment.
