Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team members in the day-to-day running of all project activities, including resolving any problems relating to technical, site conditions, drawings and construction issues.
- Responsible for overall Engineering Projects as well as Capacity Improvement Plans to meet targets
- Manage and Control of work progress, schedule, safety and quality, including keep proper documentation.
- Manage Engineering budget and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure the compliance of Plant engineering in accordance to the regulatory requirements
- Liaise and Co-ordinate with multiple parties, such as clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, government authorities, etc. to ensure good communication and progress.
- Handling of technical issues and work closely with clients, consultants and relevant authorities.
- Submission of design check and endorsement of minor civil/structural works, and shoring works.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant local experience in Engineering Management, Composites, Piping or Building Manufacturing experience preferred
- Good technical knowledge and experience in handling of technical issues.
- Good knowledge of budget and schedule control
- Good knowledge of building code and regulatory requirements
