Job Description

As an Assistant HR Manager, candidate will be responsible for:
  • Assisting the HR manager in managing the HR team, including becoming the point of contact from other businesses and branches of the company should the HR Manager not available
  • Managing day-to-day HR function, from recruitment to termination
  • Handling payroll and implementation Indonesian labor law
  • Handling HRIS and driving the digitalization of HR

To be a successful candidate, you will require:
  • Previous experience in palm oil industry
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and formal written English
  • Ability to speak Chinese is a huge added point
  • Minimum of 5 years in HR function, 2 years as supervisor/ assistant manager level
  • Understanding of HRIS, Payroll, IR, and training
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel to site frequently
