Job Description
- Handling massive recruitment (especially for Ops Hiring)
- Taking care and making sure the personnel administration running well
- Practice to do sourcing in various channels (for Intern, junior, and mid-level) and approach active & passive candidates
- Support the TAs for sourcing, scheduling, contacting, and liaising with the users
- Update recruitment tracker and database regularly
- Practice handling Life At Hangry IG Account
- Final year student or fresh graduate from any major who's interested in recruitment and human resource management
- Great communication skill
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good in stakeholder management
- Willing to learn
- Able to join immediately
