Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company with a core focus on mining. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) professional with at least 10 years' experience with a mining industry for the job of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Directly reports to the Group HR Head
- Create an alignment of HR information system and processes with Company's business priorities and goals
- Design and implement employee information including annual leave, salaries, and working hours
- Maintaining data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
- Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws
- Overseeing all system upgrades and system analytics in human capital
- Maintaining SAP system and Power BI (business intelligence) within the group
- Articulate and codify talent and leadership principles, values, and competencies that guide the organization's culture
- Design and implement human process intervention including team building, coaching, communication scheme, etc.
- Design and implement HC management system intervention including performance management, succession planning, learning & development, etc
· Bachelor's Degree of IT or in any related field
· Have minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS areas
· Have strong knowledge of HR Management and System
· Experience in implementing SAP and Power BI within the organization and company
· Have strong analytical data
· Proactive and engaged learner in a fast-changing environment
· Highly reliable to perform with or without supervision / work independently
· Passionate, self-starter and well-organized with strong administrative skill
