- Conduct fundamental UX Research to produce satisfactory and objective results
- Conducting user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods generating customer insights and strategic initiatives
- Analyze and synthesize research outcome and develop actionable insights that will influence both strategy and execution
- Develop research and contextual design investigations to understand user behaviour, pain points, needs and aspirations
- Adding and contributing valuable content and best practices for the Product Design & UX Research function, improving our research practices on an individual and community basis
- Work closely with product designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Translate and show your understanding of what research means for business ideas
- 4+ years of experience in an applied research setting
- Able to lead a research team and conduct research based on stakeholders' needs
- Great problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of the design thinking/human centred design process
- Superb communication, collaboration, interpersonal and negotiation skills and presentation skills
- Curious about human behaviour
- Strong comprehension of strengths and shortcomings of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
