Job Description
- Direct the preparation of all statutory financial reports to internal management and statutory purposes and make sure consolidated financial statements and financial statements of all subsidiaries are provided timely and accurately.
- Monitor accounting data/document required for tax/custom audit (such as reconciliation, equalization, etc) to minimize tax risk of the Company.
- Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in performing closing or preparation of financial statements/balance sheet details/reconciliations/data required for audit, etc.
- Ensure and monitor company compliance over statutory and regulatory requirements at all times, be the primary liaison with external accounting and consulting firm, tax and custom auditors, and other consulting relationships.
- Ensure compliance with new accounting pronouncements and make sure smooth implementation of new system development to support compliance to the new accounting standard pronouncements.
- Support alignment process related to projects on merger and acquisition and expansion in terms of system implementation from accounting area.
- Direct, lead, coach and review performance of team, enhance skills, review individual potential and career development to ensure availability of competent human resources as well as enhance division’s performance.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting is a must.
- Minimum 3 years working experience within accounting area, start up experience in nice to have.
- Prior experience in Big 4 audit firm is a plus.
- Experience in handling accounting in the company.
- In-depth understanding of PSAK & IFRS compliance both in reporting & execution.
- Highly motivated, self starter who drives results, strong problem solving and analytical skills.
