Job Responsibilities
◆Making Purchase order& order confirmation(manual & system)
◆Making Schedule delivery, form delivery sheet, follow process delivery
◆Prepare documents for Invoice
◆Checking imports documents, prepare shipping documents
◆Update shipping schedule (Update and follow ETD & ETA)
◆Input shipment & follow up process
◆Update and control quota import (BY INSW, SINAS, INATRADE)
◆Check Invoice from vendor and send to customer
◆Control and update data stock at warehouse
◆Other related tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Sales Admin/support experience in trading company
・Excel skill *Has experience making manual date by excel for inventory and import/export tasks
・English (Conversational-)
