Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company with a core focus on logistics services. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10-15 years' experience in SEO for the job of SEO Manager - Logistics Services (based in Jakarta). The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Business Development Director
- Manage SEO, Web Developer and Content Writer to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research
- Do analytical and website audits to increase and maintain Ranking to be Number One and create Strategic SEO for the company
- Able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
- Manage team of SEO Specialists, Web Developer and Content Writer
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Conduct Web Site Audit
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Marketing or any related major from reputable university
- Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting & Audit
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
- Proficient in English is Must, Spoken & Written.
