Job Description
- Leading weekly Cycle Count reconciliation and monthly Stock Opname in all Central Kitchen Warehouses (3 locations)
- Controlling and maintaining WIP shipment and reconciling report
- Checking and maintaining the cold and dry storage (temperature, capacity, condition, etc.)
- Monitoring daily outstanding documents in ERP
- Ensure FEFO or LEFO practices are applied properly in field operations by analyzing Stock Card activity
- Managing and monitoring all warehouse admin, field leader, and helper daily task
- Calculating raw mat needs to fulfill weekly production plan
- Submit weekly Purchase Requests to Procurement and follow up on delivery
- Creating a weekly schedule for the whole team in Central Kitchen Warehouse
- Male/female, 25-35 years old
- SMK / D3 / S1 majoring in management or logistics management
- Have experience min. 3 years in Warehouse/Inventory at least at the supervisor level, F&B background is prioritized
- Able to operate Excel with basic formulas and tools (there will be an Excel test)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to lead a big team, consisting of more than 15 persons
- Able to work under pressure
- Diligent, reliable, and highly responsible
