ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engineering management (Agile methods experience helpful)
- Manage 5-10 Project Mechanical Engineers.
- Mechanical Design for manufacturing
- Preparation of design control documentation (requirements, verification, traceability)
- Manage resource demands between projects on a daily basis.
- Provide oversight to technical staff.
- Proactively seek continuous improvement
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
- 5 -10 years related experience.
- Bachelor' degree or master's degree in mechanical engineering
- Process oriented, analytical thinking - problem solver
- Exceptional project and people management skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language, in both oral and written form.
- INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Highly organized - Excellent follow through and follow up skills, results and delivery oriented.
- Able to multi-task a variety of duties and work requests
- Self-motivated and works well under pressure with changing priorities and a workload.
