Summary of Responsibilities
A Front Office Daily Worker is working on rotation shifts, is in charge to provide accurate information concerning hotel facilities, venues and functions and to handle all guest inquiries in accordance with the established standards.
Qualifications
Candidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about serving guests, at all times thoughtfully focusing on anticipating and exceeding their expectations. They must be able to interact confidently with guests in a naturally friendly and engaging manner, to work fast as well as to deal with complaints patiently in order to turn them into positive experiences. To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to speak and write in English and to operate common computer applications for the job. Diploma in Hotel Administration is preferred.
