What you will do:
- Leads the development of the strategic plan/framework for the organization, and the detailed current-year operating plan while adhering to the direction set by the Board of Directors.
- Formulating and Developing Corporate OKR as an inclusive strategic plan and strategy by collaborating with the leadership team, board, and executive.
- Formalizing and leading the strategic planning process, focusing on long-term trends, outlook, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
- Responsible for assessing whether strategic initiatives, at all levels of the organization, are in line with the company's standards and objectives.
- Ensure any applicable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress toward strategic goals.
- Facilitates the execution of the OKR by working collaboratively with the other Team Leaders and ensuring that all throughout the organization understand the strategy.
- Monitor and report on the progress of corporate strategy initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate strategy/ Performance Management/ Managment Consulting or related field and Have experience implementing OKR framework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team into consistent performance improvement.
- Experience with financial analysis and market research
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong project management skills
