Job Description

Corporate Strategy Manager is responsible for formulating and formalizing the high-level company's strategic planning, and leading the development of the strategy, translating it for people across functions and business units, and the organization. The corporate Strategy Manager is also required to ensure that there is a strong synergy across departments in carrying out the company's strategy according to each department's OKR while ensuring that the company is aggressively moving the metrics needle in the right direction.

What you will do:
  • Leads the development of the strategic plan/framework for the organization, and the detailed current-year operating plan while adhering to the direction set by the Board of Directors.
  • Formulating and Developing Corporate OKR as an inclusive strategic plan and strategy by collaborating with the leadership team, board, and executive.
  • Formalizing and leading the strategic planning process, focusing on long-term trends, outlook, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
  • Responsible for assessing whether strategic initiatives, at all levels of the organization, are in line with the company's standards and objectives.
  • Ensure any applicable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress toward strategic goals.
  • Facilitates the execution of the OKR by working collaboratively with the other Team Leaders and ensuring that all throughout the organization understand the strategy.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of corporate strategy initiatives
You will be fit if you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate strategy/ Performance Management/ Managment Consulting or related field and Have experience implementing OKR framework
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team into consistent performance improvement.
  • Experience with financial analysis and market research
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong project management skills
