YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy & Development
- Actively involved in Operations strategy deployment within Manufacturing function in Cluster B
- General Management
- Ensure the target productivity level is achieved daily
- Manage the update of the production plan daily
- Communicate and liaise with other functional managers regarding throughput of stock to ensure production targets are met
- Drive process improvements on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of Cluster B lines by appropriate data analysis
- Manage the PDCA cycle of Autonomous Maintenance program in Cluster B
- People & Performance Management
- Set functional objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
- Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, managing Staff holiday schedule to ensure uninterupted operations.
- Ensure sufficient no of FTE according to agreed budget, provide learning & development opportunities for team, conduct performance appraisal, manage team attendance, handle disciplinary issues and performs daily supervision to maximize team productivity.
- Financial & Budget Control
- Manage and Control Indirect Overhead of Cluster B
- Manage WIP Inventory of Cluster B
- Ensure the implementation of effective master data management within Cluster B
WHO YOU ARE
- Education
- Relevant experiences
- Having good technical knowledge, A3 problem solving, continuous improvement mindset, and good understanding of cGMP is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
