- Overall P&L: Responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
- Develop Overall Business Plan: Create and report on business plans, monitoring its efficacy and progress. Continuous monitoring of the annual budget and ensure that revenue/sales targets are met.
- New Business Initiatives: Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintain quality products that are competitive, all while delivery excellent customer support.
- Resources Management: Manage resources, including the attracting, hiring and retention of personnel.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Oversee the hiring and training of staff in the region. Staff selection, training development, scheduling and ongoing professional development of employees will be involved.
- Prefer Indonesian Nationality or Expat staying in Indonesia.
