Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the overall architecture and design of the platform back-end, using SOA and distributed OO paradigms
- Developing new business logic and APIs using C#, TypeScript, Python, or Dart, and improving the existing
- Maintaining and extending business data models and database schemas
- Writing unit and integration tests across components
- Sharing progress and issues on Agile/Scrum team dynamics
- Liaising with representatives of management, client and beta users
- Occasionally mentoring and advising junior team members.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate back-end with:
- 3 to 5 years of software development experience as a back-end or full-stack developer
- Provable experience with one or more of the following: C#, Java, TypeScript, Python, Dart
- A solid understanding of object-oriented programing principles and design patterns
- Experience with unit testing, CI/CD and mobile build tools
- Familiarity with at least one commercial cloud platform: AWS, Azure, GCP
- An ability to understand software requirements, problem-solve, deliver and test quality code with minimal supervision
- Experience with collaborative development in distributed teams
- At least working knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledge of server-side Dart (e.g. Conduit), memory management, cross-isolate communications, etc.
- Python (with data science, parallel computing packages) or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Messaging middleware (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka).
